1.1 Trusted Game (“Trusted Game”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is committed to the protection of personal information provided by the users (“You”, “Your”, “User”) to Trusted Game. You agree that your use of Trusted Game (“whatsapp group”) Trusted Game Your consent to the collection, retention and use of Your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”).
1.2 This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made there under and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the information Technology Act, 2000. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature and is a legally binding document between You and Trusted Game.
1.3 We take the privacy of Our Users seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of Our Users while providing a personalized and valuable service.
1.4 No User information is rented or sold to any third party. When You use the App, the App may collect Your device number and other personal information. A high standard of security is maintained by Us for Our Users. However, the transmission of information via the internet or telephone networks is not Trusted Game secure. While We do Our best to protect Your information, particularly with respect to protection of Your personal data, Trusted Game cannot ensure the security of Your data transmitted via the internet, telephone or any other networks.
1.5 By visiting the Platform and creating an account on the Platform, You grant Trusted Game your irrevocable and informed consent to use your profile name, profile picture, and Winnings in a Contest and/ or Winnings in total on the Platform (“Your Profile Information“) for advertisements, promotions, offers, and any other sponsored content that Trusted Game may display on the Platform or any other marketing channels, including its digital channels, television, print and publication, without requiring any further consent from You and without being required to pay any compensation to You.
1.6 You further grant to Trusted Game an exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide licence to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works from Your Profile Information.
1.7 You understand, represent and accept that Your Profile Information or any related materials will not violate the rights of any third party rights or give rise to any claim that another party’s rights have been or will be violated as a result of Trusted Game’s use or publication of Your Profile Information. You understand and agree that You will be liable to Trusted Game for any damage or cost (including reasonable attorney fees) it may suffer arising out of its use of Your Profile Information. You also understand that you will not be entitled to receive any royalties for the use of your Profile Information by or through Trusted Game.
1.8 You understand and grant to Trusted Game, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and those acting with its authority, with respect to Your Profile Information all copyrights and derivative rights in Your Profile Information and a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, publish, re-publish or reproduce Your Profile Information by any means Trusted Game sees fit for the purposes stated above.
1.9 By using the Platform, you irrevocably waive any claim against Trusted Game relating to the use of Your Profile Information and promise not to bring any such claim or action in the future. You also waive any right to inspect, modify, approve or disapprove the content, layout, representation, presentation or other aspect of Your Profile Information as recorded by Trusted Game during your use of the Platform.
1.10 Access to the contents available through the App is conditional upon Your approval of this Privacy Policy which should be read together with the terms and conditions of use (“Terms”). You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy, together with our Terms, forms Our agreement with You in relation to Your use of the App (“Agreement”).
